Operations Roles

Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis

This team runs the financial engine of active programs and of the company itself: program financial analysis, FP&A, general ledger accounting, accounts receivable and payable, payroll, internal audit, and internal controls. In a DCAA-audited cost-accounting environment, precision is not optional. The numbers have to be right, defensible, and on time.

The Work
You’ll work in our ERP and cost-accounting systems, apply GAAP and government cost-accounting standards, and use AI to automate routine reconciliation and reporting so you can focus on the analysis and judgment that give program managers and leadership the financial picture they steer by. Program financial analysts, accountants, payroll specialists, AR/AP specialists, and internal auditors sit here.
Who You Work With
You’ll work closely with program managers and division business managers who rely on your numbers to steer their programs, and with contracts and pricing teams whose cost volumes and negotiated terms flow through your books. You’ll partner with leadership on the company-wide financial picture and support internal audit and controls for DCAA audits.
What We Look For
An accounting or finance background and fluency with ERP and cost-accounting systems; government cost-accounting exposure (DCAA, CAS) is valued, and a CPA or SOX experience is a plus.
