We build techniques, tools, and countermeasures that provide the ability to operate effectively in the contested cyber domain. That starts with understanding target code, how it works, how it is used, and where it is vulnerable. Our work spans the cyber spectrum, threat emulation, formal methods, embedded-system analysis, and the orchestration of cyber effects in multi-domain operations. This is not enterprise IT security.

From Target Code
to Proven Effect

Understand the target

We start with target code, firmware, and hardware: disassembling binaries on non-standard instruction sets, recovering protocols and state machines, and building emulations and instrumentation.

Push AI to the frontier of cyber

AI finds memory corruption bugs fast because success is easy to define and test. Vulns that don’t manifest with a crash are just as dangerous and far harder to find. We are combining frontier AI with our physics-based analyses to find and address these weaknesses.

Model at every resolution

The systems we analyze are coupled to the real world, often in real time. We do physics-guided fuzzing using multi-resolution models of the target and its environment. Low-fidelity models sweep enormous state spaces fast. High-fidelity models capture critical interactions.

Prove the fix, not just the flaw

AI can now find and exploit vulnerabilities faster than defenders can analyze and patch them. We are applying formal methods to close that gap: lightweight proofs that a generated patch actually holds the properties it claims, with tailorable correctness definitions that separate real findings from noise.

Formal methods provide the highest level of software assurance. The Axle framework overcomes critical practical barriers to employing formal methods. Axle’s tunable lightweight formal methods approach is scalable to the largest software systems. An open, modular, and AI-friendly architecture is simple to integrate.
