Contracts & Supply Chain
This team turns opportunities and proposals into awarded vehicles and then into funded, executable work—negotiating and managing prime contracts, subcontracts, procurement, and government property through strong customer and supplier relationships. In addition, the team provides critical guidance and input to manage execution risk through robust compliance and change management.
The Work
In this role, you’ll partner with internal and external customers and suppliers to negotiate and manage contractual and supplier agreements, operate within our ERP systems, and leverage AI to automate routine work so you can focus on being a strategic advisor to the company. You’ll provide expert guidance on proposals, negotiations, and compliance while partnering with senior leadership to drive business outcomes.

Who You Work With
You’ll partner with programs and cross-functional stakeholders to support our customers, suppliers, and missions across the full lifecycle—from opportunity identification through contract closeout. You’ll work closely with our customers, suppliers, program managers, and other functions to enable timely prime and supplier awards that keep programs on track and support mission success. The team is small enough that your judgment carries real weight, and the decisions you make move quickly into action.
What We Look For
We’re looking for proactive leaders and problem-solvers with deep FAR/DFARS expertise and hands-on experience across a wide range of contract types and customer/supplier-facing agreements. You should be a proven cross-functional partner to Programs, Finance, Engineering, and Operations, able to clearly explain and effectively manage contracts, supplier agreements, and property.
